My personal favorite is as follows:

Primary: M4 Carbine or MP5
Secondary: Desert Eagle
Perk 1: Bandolier
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Steady Aim

i have been favoring my "ninja" set up mostly. But when running with the clan im not sure its appropriate. So i'll list my back up aswell.

NINJA
Weapon: MP5 silenced, M9 silenced
Flash Grenades
Perk 1: Fragx3 / Bandolier
Perk 2: UAV
Perk 3: Steady Aim...awaiting dead silence Rolling Eyes

[b]SECONDARY[b]
Weapon: Carbine red dot sight, 45 silenced
Stun Grenades
Perk 1: Fragx3 / Claymores
Perk 2: Extreme conditioning / Stopping power
Perk 3: Deep impact

I'd change your ninja class to this.

Primary Weapon: MP5 Silenced
Secondary Weapon: Anything besides Desert Eagle, Silenced
Perk 1: Bomb Squad
Perk 2: UAV Jammer
Perk 3: Extreme Conditioning

That's not an exact because I just prestiged and I lost all of my classes. At least I discovered my beloved AK-47...
